Service Desk support is provided from our Innovation and Technology Center (ITC), located in Newark, Delaware. The 24x7, state of the art, SSAE 16-certified ITC is located adjacent to the University of Delaware. Under one roof, CAI delivers the following services: Contact Center, Service Desk, Quality Assurance Software Testing, Software Application Maintenance, and Training. In addition to English, we support several languages: French (Canadian), Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Spanish, and Korean.
Another benefit of delivering all of these services in one location is our ability to provide a built-in career path: Contact Center to Service Desk, Service Desk to Software Tester, and finally, Software Tester to Applications Support Analysts. Providing that career path helps mitigate turnover, which is one of IT support’s biggest issues.
From the ITC, our training department offers certified instruction in ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Administration, and Project Management. Most offerings can be delivered from the ITC, at our clients’ location, or via the web.
